Where is the subscription-based plan available?

Providing international subscription services is a very complex task. Our annual plan is currently available only in the United States of America, but we plan to expand internationally in the next year. To stay on top of the latest news, please sign up for our mailing list.

What does the annual plan include?

The annual subscription package includes all the parts that the standard retail option does (board, remote, battery, charger, and service tool). This means that no additional equipment purchase is required.

How much does the annual plan cost?

The annual plan is a subscription-based service that costs $59 per month billed annually. There are no upfront hardware costs or any other cancelation or return fees.

What condition are the boards in?

All subscription plans include a brand new board every single time. You don't have to worry about getting a used product or a refurbished one.

When does the plan begin and end?

The payment for the annual plan is charged when you place your order, but the subscription period does not officially start until you receive your board. The delivery date determines the recurring annual payment date. There is no minimum rental period, and you can cancel your subscription by returning your device for free anytime.

When my subscription ends, who pays for the return shipping?

We provide a prepaid return shipping tag for you to ship the board back to us with every board we send you.

What if my device will not work properly?

Every board comes with a standard warranty against manufacturing and battery defects during your rental period. If the product doesn't work properly, we will send you a new one immediately after your official report. Please, keep in mind that the bushings, bearings, wheels, and anti-slip cover are regular wear-and-tear items and are not covered under the warranty.

What happens if I damage or lose the board?

Unfortunately, we can't take any responsibility for damages of all kinds, including water damage, technical defects or losses. If something happens with your board during rental by your fault, contact us at support@getxtnd.com. We do our best to help you and repair your board as effectively as possible. Depending on the type of damage you may be charged for additional fees or replacement.

Can I keep my subscription board forever?

Currently, we are not providing the option to keep your subscription board or buy it after the rental period ends. If you do not want to use our services anymore, you can cancel your subscription anytime and buy a new board as a retail option.

Will my plan renew automatically?

Yes, we have an easy annual subscription-based service that will continue to renew automatically every year.

What is your cancellation, return, and refund policy for subscriptions?

You can cancel your subscription anytime and without any cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we are not providing any kind of refund for annual subscriptions. If you decide to cancel your subscription, the only thing you have to do is to send us the product back with the pre-paid return shipping tag. If you don't return the board, you can be subject to a penalty.
